Make slideshow on iPhone and cast on TV through Chromecast

We all like to make slideshow using photos which have our precious memories. But what to do if we have no background knowledge of slideshow, and what to do if we also want to enjoy the slideshow on big TV screen to share with our family members or friends.

With a simple iPhone app, everything becomes simple which is SlideshowCast. The app can help to make slideshow with photos and music within minutes. With the built-in photo editor, transition effect, watermark, Pan & Zoom effect and audio cut function, even person without any knowledge of slideshow can make professional-looking slideshow quite simply.

First download SlideshowCast from iTunes App Store.

Tap the “Add” button to select photos from iphone Photo library/ Camera Roll.

After that, tap the “Next” button which is on the right top of the interface to make settings for slideshow.

Use slideshow program to make video slideshows on iPhone 5

2. Add songs for slideshow

Tap Music icon to import songs from iPhone Music Library, you can choose songs by Albums, Artists, Composers . You can see all the songs you added by tapping Background Music List.

To make slideshow and music play in pace, you can tap the Synchronization icon and sync slideshow to music.

3. Customize slideshow effects

Photo Slideshow Director HD can apply random transitions for all photos, however you can change transitions by tapping the Transition icon(like dice) and choose transitions you like. Touch the Theme icon to choose a theme for your slideshow and customize it with beautiful background image.

To add text, arrange photo order, delete photos, set pan & zoom effects and edit photos, tap any photo and tap the icon, you will see a menu bar.

4. Set slides time and publish slideshows

Tap the Setting icon(like gear), you can set time for slides and transitions. If you want to play your pictures as a looping slideshow on iPhone or TV, you can toggle Repeat at end to ON.

Now, it is time to enjoy and share your slideshow.  Touch the Export icon and choose how to share your video slideshow. You can stream it to HDTV via Airplay, or Upload to Facebook / YouTube / Dropbox / SkyDrive for sharing, even you can transfer it to PC for enjoying on your computer.

How to Transfer Photos from BlackBerry to iPad, iPhone Then Create a Slideshow

Most BlackBerry phone models come with a built-in camera interface to take photos with. There are many users utilising the camera on their handset to capture great digital snaps but  you may find your phone’s memory gets clogged up with lots of pictures. Some of them tried to transfer this pictures to their iPad, iPhone but failed.

There are two main ways to help you successfully do that.

1. Connect BlackBerry to iPad over Bluetooth then transfer photos to iPad

Both the iPad and BlackBerry devices feature Bluetooth connectivity and it is possible to connect your BlackBerry device to your iPad using the Bluetooth feature.

2. Place the BlackBerry photos on a computer first then  use iTunes to sync the picture folders back to the iPad.

Today I want to show you the second way. It’s the easiest way.  I’d like to tell you how to transfer BlackBerry photos to iPad and create a fantastic slideshow.

First: Place photos from BlackBerry to your computer.

Step 1. Connect your BlackBerry to your PC using the USB cable that was bundled with it.

Step 2. BlackBerry Desktop Manager should launch automatically. If not, press Start and select the program from the list.  Once the software has launched, Select Media Manager from the list of options.

Step 3. You’ll be presented with a Windows explorer style window. From the My Devices section of the window, click the Picture folder and then select the images you want to transfer to your PC.

Step 4. Now, either select My Media or the tab with a folder icon on it (this allows you to select a specific folder from your hard drive) and then drag these images into the window opposite. They will now be transferred to your PC.

Second: Sync pictures folder back to iPad with iTunes

  • Plug the dock cable into your iPad and PC and then your iPad will show up in iTunes.
  • Go through the tabs and choose what information, media, and photos you want to sync.
  • Press sync
